The COLADA Latin Dance Congress -Bangkok 2017 and attracts visitors and performers from all over the world. You’ll find our event attracts a mixed culture from all ages and professions.
– Main Latin Dance Event in South East Asia!
– Located in Thailand’s capital!
– Located in one of Bangkok’s prime locations!
– Four night event at a ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hotel!
– Setup may begin on Wednesday before 5PM.
– Teardown & clean up must be completed by Monday by 7AM.
– The sell of inappropriate material is prohibited.
– No outside drinks/food when hotel is selling.
– Distribution of Food & Beverages for sale is prohibited per the Terms & Conditions of our contract with the venue.
Safety is always a concern, so all Vendors must abide to the rules outlined by the Hotel and on our website. Select a package that best fits your needs. Once payment is received, Registration will forward a copy of your registration.
VENDOR TABLE SPACE INCLUDES (USD 550):
We will provide one (1) skirted table and one (1) chair. Additional chairs may be requested by the hotel.
Contact the hotel to arrange electrical at your cost (not provided by COLADA). Assignment of space is determined by Vendor Relations.
BANNER DISPLAYS (USD 80):
Display of a (up to) 3′ wide x 6′ tall standee. This is the simplest way to advertise your business at our event. Because our event is family friendly, an image of the standee must be sent to the Vendor Committee Head for review. Placement can be anywhere within the Vendor Hall, Registration Area and/or the hallways of the Workshop floor. You may also place one reasonably stacked set of fliers or coupons on the coupon table. Fliers/Coupons can not be no larger than 4.25″ x 5.5″. Vendor is solely responsible for their property.
COLADA will NOT tear down and store standees.
